RENT Cafe is the newly secure way to access your Residential Portal by saving time and allowing you to  go paperless with online rent payments, lease renewals, and maintenance request.  

On The Go? No Problem, just download the free RENT Cafe Resident App, available on both iTunes and Google Play.  The app allows you to login securely to your resident account and manage your account information and services from anywhere 24/7.

Signing up for RENT Cafe will earn you 20 Resident Rewards Points.  Earn an additional 20 points when you make your first rental payment on RENT Cafe.
